Sandro Tonali has fully shrugged off the struggles of his first season at AC Milan and should soon be rewarded for his leader status, a report claims.

The midfielder has thus grown from game to game, becoming irreplaceable for Stefano Pioli as well as establishing himself as a leader, a captain and the true idol to the fans. Yesterday the Rossoneri won a game right at the death by putting every ounce of energy into it, and how fitting it was that Tonali scored the winner in the 92nd minute.
Tonali’s future seems set: if he wishes to stay at his boyhood club for the rest of his career then it shouldn’t be a problem providing he remains so important. If he were to do that then some renewals along the way would be needed and a meeting is scheduled for this summer with his agent to discuss a well-earned pay rise.
