Yacine Adli is on his way out of AC Milan having not travelled on the preseason tour, and he could remain in Italy.
Adli was not bought by Fiorentina for €10m after his loan spell and has returned to Milanello. Massimiliano Allegri, however, does not consider him part of his project and coach did not call him up for either the training camp or the tour of the Far East.

Adli set for Serie A stay?
According to Matteo Moretto, Torino and Sassuolo are strongly interested in signing the 24-year-old. Milan have shown him the door and is ready to listen to offers that meet both the management’s demands and the player’s wishes.

You are not seriously comparing Pirlo to Adli? Pirlo was a legend and as for Adli, even Viola did not want to buy him for 10 million with his numbers.
He compared the two players in terms of value provided to Milan, not the two players against each other.
Again Pirlo is legend and Adli provided literally NOTHING to Milan. The only thing that Adli can provide for Milan are proceeds from his sale that could be invested in someone better than Adli.

He was comparing their relative usefulness to Milan (both are good at passing with vision and technical skills set) and how the same man Allegri dumped them. Not comparing their abilities against each other.
Comprehension is just as good if not even better than reading.
Its a perfect comparision World Cup winner, 2 times UCL winner vs Adli. Adli was not good enough even for Viola, there is literally no interest for him on the market for 10 million. How can you compare dupming guy who won everything in footbal, was probably the best in the world in his position to Adli. Dumping Pirlo was a discgrace, dumping Adli is just dumping useless player.
