AC Milan could have some positive news about Rafael Leao and his future shortly, with Tottenham Hotspur seemingly rushing for the winger.
There has been plenty of concern about Leao and what is next recently. After all, no one really seems to be interested in the winger, which seems strange all things considered. Ultimately, it could be a bargain for years to come.

However, most of Europe’s top clubs are not rushing to make a move; maybe that could change after the World Cup. For now, though, it is pretty silent, which doesn’t really bode well considering the star’s importance to the mercato plans.
Spurs moving for Leao
According to Calciomercato.com, though, that may be on the verge of changing with Tottenham ‘rushing’ to make a move happen. Indeed, Roberto De Zerbi is a big fan of his and the Italian could push a move through quickly.
A move to Spurs would also appeal for Leao, who wants to play Premier League football moving forward. Additionally, reuniting with Sandro Tonali would be a pulling factor and this appears to be a two-way street, with the midfielder feeling the same.
Barcelona remain in the background, but it seems that the Lilywhites currently have the best opportunity of landing the winger.

Come on, De Zerbi, help your Milan just like you and Tonali (have) helped Brescia, table 65-70 million now.

LOL
This would also be a literal and figurative payback for us signing Emerson Royal.
🤣🤣🤣they owe us big time for our indiscretion with Emerson
I don’t think we can ever forgive them for selling him to us! 🫣
In a rush, huh? Must be all those imaginary offers for Leao Milan is inundated with…
If we are building a team and serious about winning something, then it’s not the time to really sell Leao
If we’re serious about winning something, we need to build a functional TEAM instead of relying on one player and his mood of the month. No team can win trophies if their star player only appears once in 5 matches.
I hope the deal collapses and Leao stays. He Ramos and Pulisic would be a great trio.
Absolutely
