Ismael Bennacer could still leave AC Milan in the next few days despite most major leagues having had their transfer window close.
Although for most leagues around Europe the window closed at 20:00 CEST on Monday night, it remains open in some countries. Turkey are one of them, where clubs will have the opportunity to close deals until September 12th.

This could be to the advantage of Milan, who still need to get rid of some players that are not deemed a part of the plans especially in midfield. The main names are Bennacer, Yacine Adli and Silvano Vos in this regard.
These are three players who have been doing preseason and training with Milan Futuro. In the case of the first two, they have known for some time that they are not part of Allegri’s project, so solutions are being sought.

Moretto’s update
Matteo Moretto – in his latest video on his YouTube channel – spoke about the situation of these players, Bennacer above all.
“There are still possible exits for Milan that could occur in the next few days because, be careful, the Turkish transfer window closes on September 12th. Trabzonspor is continuing to work hard towards a full agreement with Bennacer and Milan,” he said (via MilanNews).
“The Rossoneri are open but it remains to be seen whether the player will give a definitive yes. Talks are ongoing and contact is constant. I would also add that you should not give up on the possible exits of Vos and Adli.”

If he decides to stay in a team that ruled that he shall get not a single minute with the first team, rather than go to Turkey to play in the SüperLig during a WC year, maybe aside of this legs, his head has also taken a hit during one of his last injuries.
He needs to play to showcase himself to better teams, even if it’s in Turkey. Hope his agent is advising some common sense to him …
He has already retired in the head. Adli has also retired mentally. Please stop with the “stay at Milan and fight for a spot.” My friend, they did not even register your name in the league squad.
Oh nooo, where are Benny boys to defend this has been?
Why the negativity though? Bennacer served the club well in his time and he’s been blighted by injury.
You could say that he sometimes insisted to go play with the Algerian NT even when his doctors advised against that which resulted in injuries. Also in the beginning of last season, he wasn’t in shape and got injured shortly after and finally him pushing to go to Marseille and leaving us with no possibility to replace him in our UEFA list certainly didn’t leave a good memory of him.
But aside from that, I too do not understand the hatred towards him. He was good when he was in shape in 2020, and during the scudetto season, he was a good rotational player and allowed to take some pressure from Tonali and Kessié to a lesser degree.
Vos is fed up with things too already? Welcome to the club, kid …
Every 18 year old that arrives and goes to Futuro will experience this. Soon young talent will refuse to sign with us.
You know when Milan signed Milos Kerkez. He had a dream. He wanted to play for Milan. He spent a season with the Primavera — there was no Future then. Milan need a vice for Theo, Kerkez felt he was good enough. Instead, Pioli didn’t look in his direction. Milan got Diogo Dalot on loan. At the end of the season, Dalot returned to Man It’d. Kerkez thought he’ll get the call up. Pioli ignored him again and demanded for a signing. Moncada found Ballo-Toure. The rest is history.
But the lie came out that Kerkez wanted to play ahead of Theo.
