One of the strengths that AC Milan have been able to call upon in the first six games of the season so far is goals from different sources.
Transfermarkt.it have compiled the ranking of the teams with the most different scorers since the start of the league season, which we are six games into, and Milan rank among the best in Serie A for variety.
With the goals from Noah Okafor, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Fikayo Tomori against the Sardinian side yesterday evening, they joined Christian Pulisic, Rafael Leao, Theo Hernandez and Olivier Giroud to make seven different scorers.
How does that compare with the rest of the league? Inter, Napoli and Fiorentina are also at 7. Charles De Ketelaere’s Atalanta are on 8, joined by Roma (also thanks to the 7 goals scored against Empoli).
In Europe, Girona dominate the general ranking with 11 different scorers, second to Sandro Tonali’s Newcastle with 10 (they had eight different scorers against Sheffield United last weekend).

Whats going on with girona? Will we have another Leicester season in Spain?
I so love an underdog wining a league
Yeh that’s crazy. It’s great when teams prove you don’t have to have the best coach in the world or best players to win something – like us with the title. I actually tipped us to win it on the back of the strong ending to the previous season, but was in a minority of course.
Can’t compare Milan with Girona though, interesting thing though, they’re owned by the same sheikh as man city but despite far less investment they’ve also managed to top their league
They can’t resist adding CDK’s name.
