Fenerbahce are expected to make an official offer for Rafael Leao, both to the player and to AC Milan, after their upcoming Champions League qualifier.
In the last week or so, with Leao seemingly more open to a move to Turkey, Fenerbahce have been heavily linked with the player. So much so that the club had to deny some reports of an €100m offer, which is far from reality.

However, despite the denial, the Turkish side remain very interested in Milan’s No.10. He’s scheduled to join the team in Perth, Australia, on Wednesday next week but his entourage will continue to work on solutions.
Offer could be on the way
According to the Turkish journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, who is one of the biggest when it comes to transfer news, both Galatasaray and Fenerbahce are in talks with the player’s entourage. No offer has been made to the player or Milan yet, but that could soon change.
Indeed, the journalist expects Fenerbahce to make an official offer after their Champions League qualifier against Górnik Zabrze on Wednesday evening. Not just to the player, but also to Milan, so things could perhaps proceed quickly from there.
Nothing concrete was said about the price tag, but the journalist did mention that Fenerbahce could try to close a deal at around €40m.

The problem is he will not agree
Leão is not going to get the offer he wants, hence he stays.
Send a coffer (with money in it), not (just) an offer.
Coffer Revolt? Really!
You Mean Offer right?
Do you know what coffer is?
In football we say Offer. Oh wait you don’t know about football and you Don’t have your own opinion you just follow others I mean copy others
No one who knows football says coffer you sheep follower
Stay out of this kid
So you don’t know. Instead of just keeping your illiterate mouth shut, you go on and embarrass yourself additionaly. I am not a kid, I am Rinus Michels for you in terms of football knowledge if you even know who that man was.
Man you are dense. He’s basically saying don’t just send an offer, send cash. As in let’s get it done. It’s a figure of speech.
“Dense” is definitely an understatement, trust me when I say (that), this guy is one of a kind…
Leao should go to MLS, there he can maximize his potential

The problem is that no one will offer more then 30mil for him.
First, he is 27, so not a youngster anymore.
Second, his form for the last 3 years has been going downfall, and everyone sees he has the problem with attitude. No club wants a player that will create a negative enviroment the second his form dips.
And third, he openly declared he wants to leave, so any club that is interested knows that they have an upper hand when it comes to negotiating a deal. Why would anyone offer 60-70 mil Milan wants for him when they simply offer 25-30 mil and say take it or leave it.
So you’re saying Milan should accept some capital loss and sell him at lower price?
Well i say that they should be happy with around 30mil because his gross salary is 9mil. That means that he costs Milan almost 10 mil euros for what? Lazyness and attitude?
Just sell the guy and move on.
I will again say, what i commented numerous times here- If Leao is this world class player, then were are all these 100mil offers from Barca, Bayern, Real and so on? Imagine Yamal or Kvara say that they are ready for a new challenge- there will be at least 3-4 offers from clubs to snatch them up. Ngl, i love that this happened to Leao bc his ego is 100% hurt and it should be. I just hope that Amorim will nail him to the bench or get him to Futuro if they dont manage to sell him.
Dense again. Leao’s remaining book value is 11.21M. Literally anything above that is capital gain.
What capital loss?! Do you know what capital gain is, be honest? Take a rest, you are completely lost.
It’s market value vs the price Milan pay Lille.
Not the salary
Market value? In theory, he can be sold for whatever money comes our way, be it double the value or half of the amount. Either way, you got it wrong because capital gain means something else entirely, it’s the BOOK value that is relevant, not the market value.
Since Leos value on the books liks like 11.5 max, 25-30 mil would still be a capital gain.
I think we can expect 40-50 mil at best for him since noone else appears to be interested, and the big question is, would he be worth more then that next summer after a year in Amorims system?
From rejecting 80-100 mil offer few seasons ago to getting a loan with buy option offer (from Gala as reported by Di Marzio). Oh boy, what a downfall we’re witnessing. The sad thing is deep down, we all know this time will come. Sooner or later.
Milan neče pristat na 40 mil
Leao start in serie A earlier than kvara and also more expensive than kvara 24m euro vs 10m euro and now kvara getting salary 12m euro nett/ season while napoli getting 70m euro from selling kvara ( huge capital gain) , the reason PSG choose kvara not because his talent more than leao but because workrate & attitude, we can see kvara chasing and pressing opponent while leao are lazy. You are lucky if can sell leao 40m euro cash, the best you can get now loan with option to buy 30m euro, sad but thats reality now
