Tuttosport: AC Milan ready to ‘sacrifice’ €25m midfielder amid Premier League interest

By Isak Möller -

Despite playing much better now than in the first months of the season, Franck Kessie’s future at AC Milan remains rather uncertain. By the looks of it, the midfielder could be sold in the summer by the Rossoneri.

Already in January, Milan evaluated the idea of parting ways with Kessie, setting a price tag of €25m. As our correspondent Vito Angele reported back then, Arsenal, Newcastle, West Ham and Wolves all kept tabs on the Ivorian.

According to today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it), Kessie could be one of the players that the Rossoneri could ‘sacrifice’ in the summer. The reason? They are looking to gain money for other operations on the transfer market.

Furthermore, as the newspaper continues, he could be of interest to some Premier League clubs. The former Atalanta man seemed close to a departure in January, as mentioned, but even though he remained it might be short-lived.
