The agents of Gremio star Everton Soares will travel to Italy next month for meetings amid links with AC Milan, according to a report.
The Rossoneri were heavily linked with Everton in the summer, and Globoesporte (via MilanNews.it) claimed on Monday that the club sent a scout to the Arena do Gremio to watch Everton in action against San Paolo, with the home side winning 3-0.
Tuesday’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it) reported that Milan are continuing to work on the winger as a transfer objective, not for January but for next summer.
According to a report on MilanNews.it – who cite Tuttosport – Everton’s representatives were in Liverpool to meet Everton chiefs this week.
Now, they are expected in Italy next week, with it possible that they will hold a meeting with AC Milan over a possible deal. The same newspaper claimed in a previous report that his price tag has been set at €35-40million.
