Tuttosport: Chelsea and Real Madrid in four-way race for €50m-rated Milan star

By Oliver Fisher -

Three of Europe’s top teams are circling as AC Milan face a dilemma regarding the future of star man Gianluigi Donnarumma, a report claims.

According to Monday’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Donnarumma’s future is one of the hottest topics concering the Rossoneri transfer market at the moment. His deal expires in 2021, and without a renewal – which at the moment appears rather complicated – the club could be forced to relinquish Gigio in the summer to avoid losing him for free.

The paper claims that Real Madrid are ready to offer the €50million they believe Donnarumma is worth as they look for an upgrade on Thibaut Courtois.

The hope for Milan to get more from the sale of Gigio is that an auction will break out as there are other teams that are in the race. In addition to PSG, who until now remains the only club to to have presented a concrete offer to Milan, there is Juventus and Chelsea.

The Premier League side want to offload Kepa and would have been willing to involve him in the Donnarumma deal as a counterpart, but Milan only want cash.
