Tuttosport: Elliott have the power as Bordeaux hold demands for midfielder at €15m

AC Milan are continuing with their attempts to try and sign Yacine Adli from Bordeaux before the window closes, according to a report.

As reported by Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the French club are asking for almost €15m in order to sell the 21-year-old midfielder but the Rossoneri are not willing to offer more than €10m to sign the versatile midfielder.

Yesterday the player’s agent was at Casa Milan, demonstrating the mutual desire for the deal to go through, and if Elliott considers the investment consistent with the project, the deal will be successful.

Given that the midfield was one of the hardest hit areas last season due to a string of injuries and a general lack of depth, it seems the management are not content with just the permanent signing of Sandro Tonali and the imminent return of Tiemoue Bakayoko, hence why they are trying to take further precautions with Adli.
