The chances of Andrea Conti leaving AC Milan appear to have risen as two clubs have come forward and shown interest, a report claims.
Conti is clearly considered to be outside the plans of head coach Stefano Pioli as he did not include him in the matchday squad for the last two preseason games, nor has he been involved for either of the opening two league fixtures either, which is a clear sign that he could leave if an acceptable offer arrived.
However, despite rumours of interest from Serie A clubs and talk of bids being prepared, it seems no offer has been advanced. This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) though reports that yesterday there was a meeting between the management of Milan and the agent of Conti.
Not only that, but directors Maldini and Massara learned that there is the interest of Genoa and Cagliari in the former Atalanta star, with proposals now awaited.
