AC Milan will take on Lecce away from home this evening and will be looking to bounce back from two very disappointing results. The Rossoneri’s recently appointed CEO, Giorgio Furlani, will be present.
Furlani was appointed the new CEO of Milan recently as Ivan Gazidis said goodbye at the end of his contract in November. He was previously a board member of the club and his good work there earned him the promotion.
As reported by Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Milan will travel straight to Saudi Arabia after their game against Lecce this evening. As a result, Furlani will be present for tonight’s game along with Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara.
A good performance is needed after two disappointing results, also because Milan will face Inter in the Supercoppa Italiana on Wednesday. The confidence boost could do them well and to keep the Scudetto race alive, a win is needed.
