Tuttosport: Gazidis could promote two key men to support his philosophy at Milan

By Isak Möller -

Paolo Maldini and Zvone Boban both seem destined to leave AC Milan at the end of the season. Ivan Gazidis, on the other hand, is the man that Elliott have chosen and the one that they believe in to revive the club.

The path has been decided: the South African CEO stands above the two directors in the eyes of Elliott, thus being able to move forward with his plan. By the looks of it, he could decide to promote two important men for his philosophy.

According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it), the two in question are Hendrik Almstadt and Geoffrey Moncada. The former is known as Gazidis’ right-hand man and currently deals with budgets for purchases, as well as analysing the players identified on the market.

The other, who joined the Rossoneri from Monaco a while back, is currently working as the chief scout at the club. As the newspaper states, the two could help lead yet another Rossoneri revolution together with the CEO.
