If there’s one thing that we have learned over his two-decade long career, it’s that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not frightened of showing his emotions.
As Tuttosport notes (via MilanNews), there was no exception to this rule in Naples on Sunday night as – at the time of his substitution – Ibrahimovic expressed some disappointment.
The Swede, having just left the field, threw a small drinks bottle near the bench before going to sit. The paper claims that there are many reasons that led him to have that reaction.
Ibra was primarily angry at himself for the disappointing performance he offered. Not only that, but Zlatan was convinced that Milan could win against Napoli and did not like the mistakes made by his team-mates before Dries Mertens scored to make it 2-1.
Now he has to reset everything and ensure that his competitive fury can positively help the team rather than make them too scared to make errors.
