Guela Doue is back on AC Milan’s radar as they are looking to reinforce the squad with a wing-back, but they could face competition from Inter.
Last summer, when Milan were looking for a right-back, Doue was one of the main targets and an offer was even put on the table. In the end, the Rossoneri were unable to reach an agreement with Strasbourg and decided to sign Zachary Athekame instead.

As is often the case, however, just because you don’t sign a player doesn’t mean he gets crossed off the wish list. Indeed, recent reports suggest that Milan have rekindled their interest in the full-back, who potentially could arrive this summer.
Doue back in fashion
According to today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Milan have already been in talks with the entourage of Doue, who has made it clear that he would love a move to the Rossoneri. The problem, just like last time, is the price tag of around €30-40m.
In addition to the transfer fee, Inter are also keeping an eye on the 23-year-old and could pose a threat in the race, especially if they were to miss out on Anan Khalaili. For now, though, there is head-to-head as neither side has opened talks with Strasbourg.
That’s way too much, surely we could find a better solution for that kind of money.
100% agree. For that money we could take Dodo from Fiorentina and also a LM/LWB to compete with Barte
Actually, you know what, perhaps we would need to add a certain amount in order to get a proper LWB as well but it would be worth it in a long run and in the end. It’s not so much about the figure (30-40 milion) itself, those are the usual/common (still not normal) price tags nowadays, it’s just that

Musah/Estupinan should be 5th choice max, just 1 of them not both.
So Doue I think has to come anyway.
CAM signings I get are dependent on Leao, Chukwueze; Inacio on Tomori, but we need a wingback no mattet what.
Hope we don’t have to wait a month until new signings.

Would really like Dodo and apparently he will be transferred this summer. But a player needs to get Amorims approval and right now im not sure hes even on his radar
