Tuttosport: Juventus join AC Milan and Spurs in race for €40m-rated Poland star

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have been joined by rivals Juventus in their pursuit of Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik, according to a report.

It has been claimed by a number of different outlets over the part few weeks that Milan are preparing for life without Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is set to leave the club once the current season is over, unless he pens an extension.

With the Rossoneri in need of a new No.9 they have apparently turned to Napoli’s Milik, who is on a deal which expires at the end of next season. It was reported by Mediaset that the club have already opened talks with the agent of the Poland international, with a valuation of somewhere between €35-40m set.

There has also been rumours of interest from abroad including the likes of Tottenham and Everton, as well as Atletico Madrid and Sevilla are also in the hunt.

According to what Tuttosport are reporting on Saturday (via Calciomercato.com), there has been a new development as Juventus have entered the race to sign the 26-year-old.

The report notes how Milik’s future appears to be moving further and further away from Napoli with a renewal not close, and that the Bianconeri could try their luck in case they lose Gonzalo Higuain this summer.
