Tuttosport: Kessie gives Milan his priority and puts big offer from Spurs on hold

AC Milan are continuing to negotiate over the renewal of Franck Kessie but some big offers have come from England, a report claims.

According to what it being reported by Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Milan have no intention of repeating what happened with Hakan Calhanoglu and Gianluigi Donnarumma, players of value that ended up leaving on a free transfer.

The Ivorian has asked for €6.5m net per year to renew but Milan have offered €5m, in a deal that increases incrementally every season, but there is still distance between the parties and it will need an offer from both sides to come together.

George Atangana – the agent of Kessie – has received offers from the entourage from two Premier League teams. One is almost certain to be Spurs, who have been after Kessie for weeks and have a big money €8m net per year deal ready.

Kessie has put the two large proposals received on stand-by pending further updates with Maldini and Massara. He has given his priority to Milan, hoping that the issue will be resolved as quickly as possible.
