AC Milan are determined to rewards Simon Kjaer for establishing himself as a leader for club and country, according to a report.
This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan) writes how Kjaer experiencing a magical moment both for Milan and for Denmark, where he enjoys the admiration and respect of all his team-mates.
The 32-year-old is a strong and experienced presence on and off the pitch, but his contract will expire on 30 June 2022, which means Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara want to sort his renewal as soon as possible.
Kjaer is happy at Milan and wants to stay, as he has publicly declared, and his presence in the 30-man shortlist for the Ballon d’Or shows just how well regarded his exploits have been across the continent, with helping to save the life of Christian Eriksen being well remembered by those in charge of the event but also his excellent performances.
