AC Milan have been left a bit shocked by Rade Krunic’s requests to renew and a sale next summer cannot be ruled out, a report claims.

According to what is being reported by Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan), Milan have shown a willingness to sit down and discuss a new contract with Krunic but he is requesting a significant salary increase to pen his long-term future.
Thus, the renewal talks are at a standstill. The Bosnian – who received an offer of around €3-3.5m net per season from Fenerbahce in the summer – would like to renew with a salary in line with what the Turkish side were offering.
Milan are willing to do around €2m net per season as a fixed amount with some bonuses on top, but new meetings will be necessary to understand if an agreement can be reached.
It cannot be ruled out that Milan, without a renewal, could sell him in the summer in order to avoid letting things get too close to the deadline.
