Tuttosport: Made in Chelsea – Pulisic and Giroud shine as Milan go top for now

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan made it two wins from two against Torino last night, scoring four goals in the process en route to a 4-1 victory that puts them top for the time being.

Tuttosport (via MilanNews) writes this morning that Christian Pulisic and Olivier Giroud were once again protagonists of Milan’s success, just as they were against Bologna in the first game of the season.

Against Torino they both scored again. The first Rossoneri goal was an ex-Chelsea move from the start as Fikayo Tomori, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and of course Pulisic were all involved.

Pulisic is the new star it seems after his excellent start to life in Serie A, but Giroud deserves a mention too. At 37 years old he is on three league goals so there could hardly have been a better start to the season for the Frenchman.

It means that he is the top scorer in the league at the moment while waiting for the round to be completed, and Giroud believes the team must aim big: “We have quantity and quality, we want to do as we did two years ago and win the Scudetto.”

    1. True, Pulisic get good form again, and just like in BVB when he was playing mainly on Right Wing.

Now just hope he won’t get injured anytime soon… And for other players like Okafor, Chukwueze to gel quickly.
