Tuttosport: Marseille winger given 24-hour ultimatum as Milan table offer worth €11m+

AC Milan have tabled a contract offer to Marseille winger Florian Thauvin amid an ultimatum from his club, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via Calciomercato.com) writes that the president of the Ligue 1 has given an ultimatum to the French winger regarding the renewal of his contract.

The 27-year-old has 24 hours to make a decision on his future, and the Rossoneri are in pole position to secure the signing of the wide man ahead of next season.

In fact, they have even made a contract offer: four-years at €2.8million net per season, therefore a total financial commitment of just over €11m or €22m gross.

It comes after RMC Sport (via GFFN) reported last night that Marseille’s president Jacques-Henri Eyraud lambasted the squad after Saturday’s defeat to relegation-battling Nîmes, issuing an ultimatum to all players who will be out of contract in the summer regarding their professionalism and commitment to the club.
