Tuttosport: Milan demand focus from squad after Leao, Calabria videos; club considering fine

AC Milan have ‘called on all players to have a greater focus’ in the light of the videos involving Rafael Leao and Davide Calabria, a report claims.

The duo appeared in videos that showed them out partying after the 5-0 defeat to Atalanta, during which Leao started and Calabria came on at half time as the Rossoneri were crushed 5-0 to end 2019 on the worst possible note.

Both the aforementioned had particularly bad afternoons – particularly Calabria at left-back – so the clips that emerged did little to calm down the fans, though both players did issues explanations.

According Tuttosport – as cited by PianetaMilan – the club are aware that the videos infuriated supporters especially after the horrendous result in Bergamo.

The leadership obviously did not like the response in a period which is complicated enough, so they called on all players to have a greater focus.

Milan will evaluate whether to fine both players in the coming days, even though the videos were not posted by them directly but rather by friends.
