There has been an absence of news recently regarding the new stadium project and AC Milan are growing more and more impatient, a report claims.
Tuttosport (via MilanNews) acknowledge how in recent days there has been less talk about the stadium issue, but Milan are continuing to work on their plans behind the scenes as is the directive of the ownership.

The club remain intent on building at the site of La Maura racecourse, even if for the moment the situation remains blocked. The paper adds that the leadership are becoming frustrated because there are ‘too many bureaucratic hitches’ in that area of Milan.
It has been well documented that La Maura is a complicated site to get an agreement for because it is protected green land, and there have already been protests by a number of residents.
Despite this, Gerry Cardinale has held a number of meetings showing how serious he is about getting the ball rolling.
