AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie has ended up on the wish list of Newcastle United as they get ready to spend big, according to a report.
Kessie’s situation has been well documented recently as the Ivorian has a contract which expires at the end of the season and there is seemingly nothing to suggest that an agreement over a renewal is imminent or even that steps are being taken in the right direction.
Now, this morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) writes that Kessie has a new suitor in Newcastle United. The 24-year-old has ended on the shopping list of the new Saudi Arabian ownership, who seem to have made €250m available to spend in the next market sessions.
The former Atalanta midfielder’s contract is about to expire as aforementioned, and if an auction were to be started on his salary, Milan would have little chance of winning such a bidding war.

Yeah.. Let sell him to Newcastle and earn a big money then buy cavalho of betis or willian…
English football will destroy other leagues too. They have sold themselves and their soul.Good luck to chasing Tainted Money
first of all how is FFP plays in all this
thank god theres Newcastle, please buy at above average price at 40m atleast
Why you don’t go play for F.C Taliban, they can give you like bonus a recently stolen Black Hawk! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
By all means they could want to offer him a huge deal… doesn’t change the fact that he’s leaving on a free at the end. It makes no sense for anyone to sign him in January.
Pls sell him as soon as possible.
He is not a champion.
One good season with 10 penalties goals those not make him a winner.
His country have not won anything with Kessie in their team.
Pls sell.
Newcastle might sign him with a big fee, because they know if it comes down to waiting till June, they might not be able to get him due to club stature, and that can be bad for their project
I feel this might be a good deal for milan considering he won’t renew contract.
More so, Renato Sanchez will be a good deal for us to replace him with.
I live his style of play.
