Tuttosport: Milan’s pursuit of Bologna midfielder is not dependant on Krunic

Nicolas Dominguez’s contract with Bologna will expire in one year and he has been linked with a move to AC Milan in the last few weeks. The Rossoneri’s interest doesn’t depend on the future of Rade Krunic, a report claims.

Dominguez has been named as the prime candidate to replace Krunic in the event of a move to Fenerbahce. However, with the latter now looking unlikely, many have been wondering if Milan will drop their pursuit of the Bologna man.

According to today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Milan’s pursuit of Dominguez doesn’t depend on Krunic and the Argentine could arrive anyway. The Rossoneri are following the situation closely and it remains to be seen if they will make a move.

After the game against Monza last night, Stefano Pioli described the midfield department as ‘complete’ given the recent arrival of Yunus Musah. The management might have other ideas, though, but it will depend on the outgoing market.
