Tuttosport: Milan player ratings from Udinese loss – only two get a pass

AC Milan suffered yet another setback in the league as they were beaten 3-1 by Udinese at the Dacia Arena on Saturday night.

This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan) has their player ratings from the game starting with Mike Maignan who got a 5.5 having been let down by his defence but also not even trying to stop Pereyra’s shot for the opening goal.

Pierre Kalulu got a 5.5 as the best of the three-man defence while both Malick Thiaw and Fikayo Tomori got a 4.5 as both struggled to contain Udinese’s attack. Alexis Saelemaekers lost the battle with Udogie and got a 5, while on the other flank Fode Ballo-Toure got a 4.5 as he looked out of rhythm.

Ismael Bennacer lost possession too much and did not win most of his duels so he gets a 5, while Sandro Tonali got the same for being ‘nervous and imprecise’.

Brahim Diaz provided some flashes and got a 6 while Rafael Leao only showed himself in brief moments and thus receives a 5. Zlatan Ibrahimovic made his first start since 23 January 2022, playing with an armband and scoring the goal to make it 1-1, which earns him a 6.
