Tuttosport: Milan reflecting on midfielder’s future – a U-turn could be on the cards

By Oliver Fisher -

There is now a slim chance of Giacomo Bonaventura signing a renewal and remaining at AC Milan into next season, a report claims.

It seemed as though the 31-year-old midfielder was all set to leave Milan after over half a decade at the club, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season and seemingly now chance of a renewal.

According to a report from Tuttosport (via MilanLive), there is hope for Bonaventura. Although it is a minimal possibility, there is still a chance that he could stay due to the fact Stefano Pioli has been confirmed as the head coach for next season.

The intentions of agent Mino Raiola must be understood, as he has already talked to several clubs regarding a move for his client. Staying with the Rossoneri would be Jack’s first choice, as he has been at the club since 2014, but everything will be decided at the end of the season.

Torino, Roma and Atalanta are waiting for signals from Bonaventura.
