Tuttosport: Milan remain interested in low-cost deal for 21-year-old Marseille midfielder

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have not given up on signing midfielder Boubacar Kamara from Marseille, according to a report.

According to this morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the Rossoneri really like Boubacar Kamara and they are aware that the conditions could be in place to get the 21-year-old defensive midfielder on favourable terms.

That is because the Frenchman’s contract expires at the end of the season meaning Kamara could be a good low-cost coup for January or a free next summer if he does not sign a renewal with the Ligue 1 giants.

The news comes as the same source (via MilanLive) are reporting that the negotiation between Milan and Franck Kessie for the renewal of his contract expiring in June 2022 is currently at a stalemate, meaning the possibility of him leaving on a free transfer remains and the mangement may have to look into replacing him.
