AC Milan are set for a key meeting with agent Fali Ramadani on Tuesday to discuss a couple of his clients, according to a report.
Milan are in desperate need of a reinforcement in the centre of defender, and among the names most frequently linked have been Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic and Kristoffer Ajer of Celtic.
However, technical director Paolo Maldini denied that they are players that the management are working on during his interview with Sky on Monday night.
Nonetheless, Tuesday’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanLive) reports how a meeting is scheduled between Maldini and Fali Ramadani – Milenkovic’s agent among others – on Tuesday.
It is unlikely that Federico Chiesa will be among the possible reinforcements for Milan at present, but the management will talk about the future of his team-mate Milenkovic.
There are alternatives though if it becomes apparent he is took expensive. Saint-Etienne’s Wesley Fofana is a player the management like, despite Leicester having concrete interest in the Frenchman.
Then there is Matija Nastasic of Schalke, a player represented by Ramadani. In terms of technical characteristics and personal data, he is a profile that tends to be different from the others linked to Milan, but he is a player who knows Serie A after his time with Fiorentina.
