Tuttosport: Milan to evaluate exit of one right-back following Kalulu’s arrival

By Isak Möller -

This season, the right-back position has been a big problem for AC Milan. With both Davide Calabria and Andrea Conti struggling, there hasn’t been any consistency and this has negatively affected the Rossoneri.

As reported by Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it), following the signing of Pierre Kalulu on a free transfer, Milan will also have to sell. The Frenchman doesn’t have any experience on the highest level, but the Rossoneri believe a lot in his potential.

In other words, he will be given the chance to play by Ralf Rangnick, who will replace Stefano Pioli at the end of the season. One of Calabria and Conti could thus leave the club in September, when the transfer window will open.

The former Atalanta man has never really convinced, having to deal with several serious injuries, while the Primavera product could remain thanks to his flexibility. That being said, he would guarantee a full capital gain, which Conti wouldn’t.
