Tuttosport: Milan’s window likely over in terms of new arrivals as two targets are too expensive

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan’s incoming market is likely to be closed as there are no big surprises expected in the final days of the window, a report claims.

The Rossoneri have been one of the more active teams so far in the January window as Soualiho Meite has arrived from Torino, Mario Mandzukic joined to reinforce the attack and Fikayo Tomori became the latest recruit on Friday, arriving on a loan with option to buy deal.

According to the latest from Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the management are looking at strengthening in one more position, namely the left-back role. Matias Vina of Palmeiras and Nuno Mendes of Sporting Lisbon are the two targets on the wish list but they rather expensive, therefore impossible if in the next few days a loan idea does not open up.

The winter transfer market therefore, barring surprises, seems destined to close with the arrivals of Tomori, Meité and Mandzukic.
