Tuttosport: No meeting planned between Milan ownership and Rangnick despite speculation

By Oliver Fisher -

In recent days there has been a lot of talk about the possibility of a face to face meeting between Ralf Rangnick and Gordon Singer.

It has been claimed by multiple outlets that Singer – whose father Paul is the founder of Milan’s owners Elliott Management Corporation – will meet with Rangnick in London to discuss the future project.

However, according to Tuttosport (via MilanLive) this is a discussion that has not happened and is not yet planned for the near future. In reality, Rangnick will not fly to Elliott’s office in the English capital and no meeting of this kind is scheduled.

The parties believe that now is not the time to directly evaluate the details of future planning, and instead Milan’s priority is the safe resumption of the season, just as Rangnick is currently focused on RB Leipzig’s title challenge in the closing stages of the Bundesliga campaign.
