Tuttosport: Pioli expected to make at least four changes to Milan XI for Torino cup game

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan will be looking to make the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia for the fourth time in five years when they take on Torino on Tuesday night.

Stefano Pioli will once again face somewhat of a selection dilemma as he may choose to rest some players with important games in Serie A against Hellas Verona and Inter upcoming.

According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it), Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of those who could sit out, with Ante Rebic his potential replacement alongside Krzysztof Piatek up front.

Rebic has been a hero for Milan over the last week or so as he scored winning goals in the closing stages of both the 3-2 win over Udinese and Friday’s 1-0 win in Brescia.

Meanwhile, the paper also claims that Giacomo Bonaventura could take the place of Hakan Calhanoglu on the left side, while Mateo Musacchio should come in to partner Alessio Romagnoli in place of Simon Kjaer.

The report does not mention whether Asmir Begovic may get his first start between the sticks or if Antonio Donnarumma might replace his brother again, nor whether players such as Rade Krunic or Lucas Paqueta may get a chance.
