Tuttosport: Raiola in talks with Juventus over Milan star as Rossoneri secure €12m replacement

The agent of Gianluigi Donnarumma, Mino Raiola, has reportedly met with Juventus regarding a summer move for his client.

According to the latest from Tuttosport (via MilanLive), Milan have the renewal of Donnarumma as a priority, but their offer of €8m net per year is a final offer and the club do not intend to raise it. Meanwhile, Raiola is not standing still and is already talking with Juventus.

Last Wednesday there was a meeting in Milan between the agent and the Juventus management and Raiola himself a few days earlier was in Turin at the Juventus headquarters, with Donnarumma a concrete idea for the Bianconceri.

It is not an easy operation for Juve though as it relies on Champions League qualification for the economic boost. Furthermore, to make room for Gigio, the Bianconeri also need to sell Wojciech Szczesny as he receives a salary of €6.5m net per season. Juve do not want to have two expensive goalkeepers on the staff.

At Casa Milan they know that Raiola is in contact with Juventus and they have not stood by and watched, which is why Mike Maignan of Lille has been secured, and he would cost €12m plus bonuses and earn around €3m net per season.
