Tuttosport: Milan player ratings from Inter draw – Leao somehow the flop; Krunic performs task

There were not an abundance of stand-out players for AC Milan during their 0-0 cup semi-final draw against Inter, according to Tuttosport.

We share the player ratings from the papers to generate some discussion, and sometimes we don’t fully agree with their assessments while other times they are actually not far off the ones that we publish after every game.

However, Tuttosport have shocked us this morning by labelling Rafael Leao as Milan’s flop from the game against the Nerazzurri. They gave him a 5 out of 10, claiming he was neutralised by Skriniar despite the fact he completed all eight of his attempted dribbled.

Mike Maignan was given a 6, as were Alessandro Florenzi and Theo Hernandez for their performances, while Alessio Romagnoli got a 6.5 as did his replacement Pierre Kalulu, and Fikayo Tomori stood out with a 7.

Ismael Bennacer received a 6.5 with his midfield partner Franck Kessie getting a 6. Alexis Saelemaekers was awarded a 5.5 (as was Junior Messias who came on for him), so was Olivier Giroud and finally Rade Krunic got a 6.5 for perfectly performing the role of disrupting Marcelo Brozovic.
