Tuttosport: Real Betis will only move for Milan winger if Arsenal-linked playmaker leaves

By Oliver Fisher -

Real Betis are still interested in signing Samu Castillejo but must first sell a player in order to make a concrete move, according to a report.

The latest from Tuttosport today (via MilanLive) confirms that Betis are interested in signing the Spaniard, but have not yet made a decisive assault for him because they must first offload Nabil Fekir, who is apparently a transfer target for Arsenal.

In the meantime, other offers could arrive for Castillejo and the asking price set by the Rossoneri management is not that high; around €8-10m should be enough to sell and avoid a capital loss.  The player’s contract expires in June 2023 and while Castillejo is happy in Milan and has an excellent relationship with the whole team, Pioli wants a winger with more attacking threat than him.

More goals, more assists and in general more decisive plays are needed to complete the department, given the balance that Alexis Saelemaekers offers.
