Tuttosport: Roma man close to joining Milan – the full-back only wants the Rossoneri

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are moving closer and closer to being able to announce the signing of Alessandro Florenzi from Roma, according to a report.

As this morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) writes, there have been some hitches in the last few days and a definitive agreement with Roma has not yet been found, but despite this it seems that Florenzi to Milan is now destined to happen. The negotiation between the two clubs continues and his agent Alessandro Lucci is also at work to try to close the deal in a very short time.

As soon as Roma director Tiago Pinto returns from London – where he is trying to sign Tammy Abraham from Chelsea – it is likely that the deal will be concluded as an agreement between Milan and Roma is getting closer.

There are still some details to resolve such as the formula of the operation, with the Giallorossi wanting a loan with obligation to buy without conditions, while the Rossoneri would be happy to accept an obligation under the condition they reach the 2022-23 Champions League.

For his part, the 30-year-old only wants to wear the Rossoneri shirt after two experiences abroad with Valencia and PSG, and he has given his preference to Milan over Sevilla.
