Tuttosport: Sarri, Conceicao, Allegri – the five names who could replace Fonseca

With Paulo Fonseca’s job slipping from his grasp, AC Milan may begin to look at the next option. At present, it seems five candidates are being considered, including two who were looked at in the summer.

Milan’s poor start may force the Rossoneri’s management to make a decision about Fonseca’s position this weekend, and reports have already speculated that a decision has already been made, regardless of this weekend’s result.

The Derby della Madonnina as believed to be the last chance for the Portuguese head coach, but with the disappointments of the season so far, their hands may be forced. If Fonseca is to be sacked, it seems the Rossoneri already have a shortlist of replacements in mind, according to this morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via Milan News).

Leading the list for the Diavolo are the names of Edin Terzic and Maurizio Sarri, but it has been suggested that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not fond of the latter choice, with him preferring a different option.

Alternatively, the Rossoneri may make another attempt for Sergio Conceicao – who nearly joined the club during the summer. Massimiliano Allegri features on the list, but his relationship with Ibra is questionable. Finally, Igor Tudor is being evaluated and he thinks highly of Ibrahimovic.
