Tuttosport: ‘Several English clubs’ want Milan powerhouse linked with Wolves, Spurs and Arsenal

By Oliver Fisher -

A number of English clubs are interested in the idea of signing Franck Kessie from AC Milan in January, a report claims.

The Ivory Coast international has been criticised for his performances this season, both under previous head coach Marco Giampaolo and new boss Stefano Pioli.

Kessie only joined permanently from Atalanta this summer following the conclusion of his two-year loan deal (with obligation to buy) from Atalanta.

However, he now finds himself out of the starting XI, having started the last game against Lazio from the bench and he will reportedly be left out of the line-up for Milan’s game against rivals Juventus this weekend.

According to Friday’s edition of Tuttosport – as cited by MilanNews.it – Kessie has ‘several admirers’ around Europe and particularly in England.

The report claims that there are several Premier League clubs that have their eyes on the 22-year-old, who have been linked with Wolves recently as well as Arsenal and Spurs in the summer.
