Tuttosport: Spurs serious about Milan target as Torino director will fly to London

Gleison Bremer is a sought-after player on the market and AC Milan are one of the teams interested. Just like for Sven Botman, however, they are facing tough competition from a Premier League team.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara want to bring in a centre-back this summer to replace Alessio Romagnoli, who’s expected to leave at the end of the month. Several targets have been identified, including Botman and Bremer.

Milan have seemingly turned to the Brazilian amid the competition of Newcastle for the Dutchman, but once again there is a roadblock. According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Tottenham are keen on Bremer and Torino’s sporting director will fly to London in the coming days to discuss the matter.

Bremer still prefers a move to Inter, per the report, but the Nerazzurri obviously cannot offer as much as Tottenham and their financial situation is making things complicated. Milan also cannot match the economic strength of Spurs, but they can put a relatively high offer on the table without the need to sell anyone.
