As the 20th round of Serie A action was concluded yesterday evening, WhoScored have now revealed their Team of the Week. After the important 3-2 win against Udinese, two AC Milan players have been included in the XI.
The Rossoneri’s full-backs, namely Andrea Conti and Theo Hernandez, are included in the team. The latter, of course, scored the wonderful volley in the second half, while the Italian did well throughout the game (assisting Rebic, for example).
On the other hand, the match-winner Ante Rebic isn’t included, despite coming off the bench at half-time and scoring a brace. Then again, there were other strikers in the league that also did very well this round.
Hopefully, Stefano Pioli’s men can continue on the same path this Friday, as they take on Brescia away from home. In the event of the win, they would extend their unbeaten run to four games in all competitions.
