Although the midfield department is well stocked, AC Milan have been linked with a move for a rising Udinese talent.
Milan currently boast Luka Modric, Adrien Rabiot, Youssouf Fofana, Ardon Jashari, Samuele Ricci and Ruben Loftus-Cheek as options in the middle of the park. However, the club remain attentive to talent around the league, especially with the long-term futures of some of those names uncertain.

Atta attracting eyes
According to Corriere dello Sport (via UdineseBlog), Arthur Atta is being eyed by top clubs, the French midfielder Udinese bought from Metz for €8m in the summer transfer window. A price tag for Arthur Atta is currently unknown, although the starting bid expected in June will be at least €40m.
Udinese will not let go of one of this season’s key players easily, and they consider him unsellable in the January transfer window. He has apparently long been on the radar of Milan and Napoli due to his physical and technical qualities, his versatility, and his pace..
As a reminder, Tuttomercatoweb recently reported that Atta ‘could make the leap to a top European club next summer’. Barcelona and Manchester City are closely monitoring the Frenchman, but he might also have the chance to remain in Italy, with Milan mentioned in their report too.
Better value for money would be to go for Luka Sucic. Was fantastic for them last year and then fell out of favour with the new coach.

Milan doesn’t need midfielders. Milan needs a CB and a CF. Once Fofana or RLC depart and we understand what Jashari is or isn’t, then we can talk another mid.
