With the first international break of the season upon us, some updates have arrived regarding the market value of AC Milan’s squad members.
The first five games of the Serie A season are done, and Transfermarkt have updated their market values. There are some rather big changes both upward and downwards for some players within the Milan squad.

The overall value of the Milan squad is now €503.2m as per Transfermarkt, with 28 players in the squad. This is the fourth-highest in Serie A behind Como (€568.2m), Juventus (€612.7m) and Inter (€738.8m). The Rossoneri’s squad value has gone up €31m from the last update.
Value soaring
At the top of the overall ranking of Serie A players with the highest increase in value is Diego Moreira. The Belgian’s initial valuation was around €25m, but he has seen his value soar by a whopping €20m, reaching €45m.
Moreira was acquired from Strasbourg in a €65m deal (€45m fixed fee and €20m in bonuses). He has recently exploded after not getting many minutes at first, scoring a rapid brace against Lazio then getting another goal on Sunday versus Lecce.
Alongside him is Alphadjo Cisse. The teenager has made a notable leap, going from a valuation of €7m at the beginning of the campaign to a whopping €20m now. As a reminder, the Italian has two goals this season, making him the second-top scorer behind Moreira.
Cisse was signed last summer from Verona for €8m plus €2m in bonuses, he is enjoying the faith of Amorim. The 19-year-old scored on his debut against Torino with a splendid curling shot to the far post, then gave Milan the lead in the same city against Juventus.

Tomori’s sad tale
While Milan’s young duo are celebrating, on the other hand, Fikayo Tomori’s decline is to be noted as he is leading the list of the most undervalued players in Serie A. The English defender’s value has slipped from €17m to €10m.
He was officially dropped from the squad by Amorim after the summer tour because he was deemed unsuitable for the new coaching project, but he was later reinstated by the club due to the lack of further defensive reinforcements.
Nevertheless, Tomori has yet to play a single minute in the league and did not even appear in the Europa League either.

Tomori and Ruben Loftus Cheek in my opinion does not have any more space.
Don’t forgot Ricci, Gimenez, Nkunku, Fofana are still Ac Milan players and untill loaned clubs doesn’t purchased them in full amount- they will stay Milan players. And in case of Musah and Chukwueze we can see how later, returned loaned players can be more valuable than any new signings.
Let’s also not forget in Athekame Kostic and Odogu.
That’s at least 100 million valuable players by transfermarket on loan.
Well said …. forza Milan
