VG: Agreement ‘imminent’ as Milan winger Hauge prepares for Frankfurt move

Jens Petter Hauge has been linked with a move since the start of the transfer window and it seems it will soon materialise. The winger, left out of the squad for tonight’s friendly, is one step away from the Bundesliga.

As was reported by MilanNews earlier today, the Norwegian winger was left out of Milan’s squad for the friendly against Nice tonight due to a technical choice. In other words, it’s related to the market and his potential exit.

According to the Norwegian outlet VG, Milan are in advanced negotiations with Eintracht Frankfurt and an agreement is, in fact, ‘imminent’. Hauge’s agent, Atta Aneke, also confirmed that they are in talks with a few clubs.

“I can confirm that there is a dialogue with some clubs. He isn’t injured,” he stated.

One year after the club, it seems it’s just a matter of time before his exit will be made official. The Rossoneri paid around €5m to sign him from Bodo/Glimt and are now expected to make a decent capital gain.
