Video: All smiles as Milan manager embraces Chelsea loanee Tomori after fantastic display

Fikayo Tomori was one of the best players on the pitch for Milan tonight, as they managed to beat Roma 2-1. The Chelsea loanee made several crucial interceptions and showed why he deserves a permanent spot in the XI. 

Alessio Romagnoli, the captain of the team, has been disappointing in recent weeks and Stefano Pioli thus decided to bench him. Therefore, there was probably a lot of pressure on Tomori to perform, but it didn’t seem to bother him at all.

In our player ratings, he got 7.5/10, the highest of the Rossoneri along with Franck Kessie and Ante Rebic. After the game, Pioli embraced the defender, as you can see in the video below.
