Cohen: Vlahovic at Milan possible with Allegri’s will – how Ibrahimovic is helping

For the second time this summer, Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be decisive for AC Milan, and it could be the biggest move yet.

Last season, there were regular criticisms directed towards Ibrahimovic and his role at Milan. Largely because it was unclear, though a lot was. Rather than having one role, it seemed the Swede did everything, and in turn, did nothing.

A face to the media, a target in his own words, seemed to be the most prominent role. However, he also aided with negotiations and challenged the management when making decisions. In other words, there is still no idea what he really did.

This summer, he has been more in the background, like a lot of the management, for that matter, which he said he wished to be. However, he has still been working, and reports stated that he had been ‘crucial’ to the move for Ardon Jashari.

Now, he could play the same role with Dusan Vlahovic. As Luca Cohen reports, the track to the Serbian is ‘still alive’ thanks to the wishes of Massimiliano Allegri, which brings up questions, indeed. Nevertheless, the track may be helped by Ibra.

According to the journalist, the legendary striker has spoken directly to Vlahovic to ‘understand’ his situation. A difficult idea, indeed. But it may not be impossible.

  1. Like he helped us with Leoni, Ibra did nothing good to Milan, just adds more problems like the ones created in U23, is just media BS to improve his image.

      1. You want a better talent than Harder? That is easy. Ferguson on loan at Roma. Better player, more experience, and loan with option. Raspadori for 22M? Better. That Wolves striker, Larsen. Even that guy Eintracht brought to replace Ekitike, was maybe 20-25M. Last week you take what is left. Leftovers.

      2. what do u mean bout “affordable”?
redSh!t transfer policy or what we’ve got from the sell + budget, if it’s 2nd we can/ already afford both Osimhen & Vlahovic/ Retegui.

    1. Is that Tare or is that Milan’s general transfer meddling philosophy? Hold out… Hold out… then find a bargain on the cheap.

Although 27mil for Harder isn’t cheap.

      1. Why did he spend 40M on Jashari that won’t be fit for another month? Could have spent the money on a top striker.

          1. Why do you even write this stupid comment? What, I shouldn’t criticise the extremely bad moves? Tare is a bargain hunter that isn’t fit for Milan. Even his bargains are bad. Inter got Sucic, Croatian national team player with CL experience for 14M. We paid 40M for Jashari. That is good? Next time you think about writing something that stupid try with your family, they might understand.

          1. Yes he does. Cognitive dissonance is funny. Tare the magician did great but the bad management obstructed him? Be serious, no one stopped him from spending 40M on Jashari.

          2. And they should have. That was striker money, not an unproven player from Belgium money. Furlani wasn’t for that 100%.

        1. So you’re qualified to evaluate Jashari after a couple of preseason appearances and 20 mins of his first Serie A game? But Allegri and Tare aren’t?

Give the kid a chance. Some people aren’t happy unless they’re whining I guess….

          1. The point is he is not contributing. It was obvious if he misses preseason it will be like that. Wrote it early July. It is also not his fault, OBVIOUSLY. Am I attacking Jashari or Tare? Try reading again.

        2. Jashari wasnt a bad purchase but if it means we have to settle for harder instead of a top striker then im afraid it was

      2. So I don’t buy the stories how someone is obstructing Tare. If he could have pushed 2 months to get an unproven midfielder for 40M, he could have soent 50M on a striker. And you would get 2 for that price if we went for it in June.

          1. “No it isn’t. He spent 40M on Jashari he pushed for. It has nothing to do with Furlani. Don’t make up stuff.”

LOL!!! Sure is so sure about everything. Even when he’s utterly clueless. Which is always btw.

Yeah. Furlani has nothing to do with any of the signings. Sure, sure. Sure is surely living in a fantasy world of his own. But hey, he sure knows better than everyone. Right? 😀 😀 😀 😀

          2. Bb, you’re a mo*on that keeps replying to my comments with the most stupid inputs. Remember the Boniface comments? How I am a genius that is telling you he is injured. Yes, He was. I don’t have time to go on but you never hit the point because you’re clueless.

Now once more for you, Tare pushed for Jashari. You of course ignored this comment below as it doesn’t suit your stupid reply. Mo*on.

“No, obviously one man doesn’t make the decisions. Liverpool has a board for transfers, same as Milan. That doesn’t mean the sporting director has no pull. And he pushed hard for Jashari instead of getting a striker, since Allegri asked for that. Is that Furlanis fault? I don’t want to remove any blame from Moncada or Furlani, but Tare is one of them. The potential disaster trio.“

        1. making stuff up as in Furlani doesn’t have the final approval on all transfers? Is that what you’re saying? Tare spent 40mil on Jashari without Furlani’s approval or having to sell him on it?

          1. No, obviously one man doesn’t make the decisions. The potential disaster trio.

    2. He is human as well he wear the shoes… If he does, why do we still have Furlani and Moncada.
Please rethink and reshape your thinking, he’s doing what he think is best for Milan.

          1. I am not telling anyone what to do mo*on, find one comment. I am just telling people they are mo*ons when their brains are obviously lowiq and their comments are either lies or complete nonsense. Your are always nonsense, you are to stupid to lie.

          2. You can’t even read with understanding, you see how you miss the plot every time. It isn’t me, it is you. Write it down on a piece of paper and put it on a wall because you’ll forget it in 20 minutes.

  2. If Vlahovic arrives, Gimenez is going to find himself in a tussle with Harder for 1st off the bench. He really needs to score soon.

  3. Milan made mistake selling Tonali,Rejinders and not being able to sign Leoni.Look at Guiracy,he should have been great with Milan but we left go to Dortmund when he was available
