AC Milan owner Gerry Cardinale has arrived in the city ahead of tonight’s Europa League quarter-final first leg against Roma at San Siro, a video has confirmed.
As a clip from MilanNews shows, Cardinale is at the Melià hotel in the Lotto area of Milan, where the entire squad are residing in view of this evening’s match against Roma.
The American is accompanied by Jack Markell – the Ambassador of the United States to the Italian Republic – and by Giorgio Furlani who is of course the CEO of Milan.
Cardinale, who arrived in Milan a few minutes ago from the United States, wants to show his closeness to Pioli, his staff and the Rossoneri players in the hours immediately preceding the match against Roma.
However, there are other things on his agenda while he is here, such as the stadium issue, the U23 team and planning for a crucial summer ahead.
