Gerry Cardinale is pushing for the La Maura area and after his meeting with Milan mayor Beppe Sala this morning, he’s currenly meeting with the Lombardy president Attilio Fontanta.
Milan’s American owner is in the city for the day and as was confirmed by Beppe Sala earlier today, they are set on the La Maura area for the new stadium. Cardinale wants the big players on his side, including Lombardy president Fontana.
A couple of journalists (see video below) were present at Palazzo Lombardia this afternoon and managed to record Cardinale’s and CEO Furlani’s arrival.
