It took a while to come, but Samuel Chukwueze’s first goal in Serie A was absolutely worth the wait as he re-established AC Milan’s two-goal lead against Hellas Verona.
Chukwueze’s first real impact off the bench was to score the goal that finally killed the contest, and what a goal it was. A corner from the left was cleared to the Nigerian on the edge of the area and he hit it first time on the volley into the far corner past a diving Montipo.

Great goal but I loved the way the team reacted, everyone was genuinely delighted for him – excellent team spirit and in great form at the moment.
Hopefully this is the Turing point, cuz I’d love to see the same player we used to see twist barca and madrid defenders in circles
