Samuel Chukwueze is currently on international duty with Nigeria and he made an appearance in tonight’s game against Sao Tome and Principe. For the AC Milan winger, it was a successful evening.
Tonight’s clash was Nigeria’s first and only clash of the international break and Chukwueze came off the bench in the 73rd minute. It was a successful substitution, to say the least, as he not only provided an assist but also scored a goal (see videos below).

Nigeria won the game 6-0 and thus cemented their spot at the top of the AFCON qualifiers group. The winger could start in the derby for Milan on Saturday as Christian Pulisic will return late from his international duties. Tonight’s success, therefore, was a good confidence booster ahead of the game.

As it should be! Great game, needs to start the derby, and then Cap himself can come in around the 68th min, and ‘Cap’ things off
The guy is badass. He needs some more time on the pitch for Milan.
Good work..
Nothing like a little run with Sao Tome and Principe to get the confidence up. Defensive structure reminds of inter.
